1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Provide valid identity documents upon request, including Indonesian national ID card (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification.
• Complete the verification process within the timeframe specified by mpoatm.
• Understand that withdrawals may be restricted or delayed until identity verification is successfully completed.
• Acknowledge that mpoatm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following terms govern deposits to your mpoatm account:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mpoatm does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment details. mpoatm is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or bank processing times.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawals from your mpoatm account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction with a daily limit of Rp 500,000,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.
• First withdrawal requires completed identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically if no additional verification is needed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on bank processing schedules.
• mpoatm reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or for accounts flagged for security review.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 for bonus terms.
• mpoatm does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply receiving fees outside our control.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

mpoatm maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. You agree that:

• Funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming purposes, not as a money transfer or currency exchange service.
• Suspicious patterns such as frequent large deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without gaming activity may trigger investigation and account suspension.
• mpoatm cooperates with law enforcement and financial authorities to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mpoatm are subject to the following terms:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specific requirements of each promotion.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be completed before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a welcome bonus package upon first deposit. Terms include:

• The welcome bonus is available only once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by mpoatm

mpoatm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You are found to have multiple accounts.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity.
• You abuse bonuses or promotions.

Upon suspension or termination, any remaining balance determined to be legitimate winnings will be returned to you after investigation completion. Funds from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending bets are settled.
• Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• You will be unable to reopen the account for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.

8. Intellectual Property
